FREE RETURN

Did you buy something from us you want to return? No problem! We offer free returns as well.

All you have to do is follow these 4 basic steps:

1. Write and e-mail to info@basicfeather.com including your order number.
2. We will reply including a prepaid shipping label.
3. Print and stick the return label to the parcel.
4. Deliver it to your nearest post office.

Once we receive your parcel, we will start the refund. The money will usually be back in your account within 5 business days.

A tip from our side

Please save the packaging until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your racket. By doing this, you avoid the hassle of finding a new packaging for your return, if you want to request a refund.
